Anita Barone

Barone played Gail Cunningham in The Shoes of Seinfeld season 4. She played a cook named Elaine Benes who wanted shoes. In the early 1990s she was a regular on the cast in the show Carol & Company with actress Carol Burnett. Barone additionally played the role of the ex-wife of Carol Willick Ross Geller in the character's first appearance on Friends. Jane Sibbett took over her part after Barone quit the show to focus on working full-time. She starred on The Jeff Foxworthy Show during the beginning of the season (1995-1996) as well as The War at Home from 2005 and 2007. Barone was co-starring with Daddio in the year 2000. Barone is also a part of Desperate housewives, Curb Your Enthusiasm Quantum Leap Empty Nest Chicago Hope Castle Do Not disturb Ally McBeal Caroline In The City Party of Five, The Larry Sanders Show and Desperately Housewives. Barone won the Methodfest Best Supporting Actress Award 2005 in 2004 for her performance in the movie One Last Ride. She played Officer Georgia Jones, the mother of Bella Thorne's CeCe Jones. Matthew Glave played J.J. Jones, the former husband of the character played by Barone in two episodes.
