Allison Pregler reviews Z-grade films generally horror or martial arts. Similar to The Cinema Snob in that she loves dumb action films. The reviewer began her journey in 2009 and gained some respect from their forums under her old username Obscurus Lupa. In the year 2010 she joined in the Channel Awesome Family. She remained part of the site from January until the beginning of 2015 when Obscurus Lupa Presents was changed to Movie Nights. Two of her podcasts are co-hosted and covering Charmed. After a controversial departure from Channel Awesome Allison officially announced on January 20th 2015 that she'd be revamping OLP into an impromptu review show called Movie Nights with an appropriately-shlocky elevator jazz theme. She started reviewing movies late in 2009. After gaining fame on Channel Awesome forums, she was invited to join the reviewer family. She's been on many Channel Awesome shows from Atop the Fourth Wall to Phelous & the Movies. She was a member in Channel Awesome's Channel Awesome Family alongside Doug Walker as well as appear often on episodes of The Nostalgia Critic.
