Annette Funicello (born Annette Funicello) was an American musician, actress and performer. She is best known for her role for her role as one of the first "Mouseketeers" from the "Mickey Mouse Club.' When she was a teenager she began her singing career. Her popularity grew due to songs like 'TallPaul' and "Pineapple Princess. Annette, who was born and raised by Italian immigrants living in Utica when she was a kid, is a very shy person. Annette was determined to pursue a career as an entertainer and began dancing and acting. Being the "Mouseketeer" in Disney sketches, Annette rose to great fame during the 1950s. Annette was able to shed the 'Disney" persona she cultivated as a child and take on a variety of adult character. The most well-known is the actress who created the "beach-party" style of film.
